Level Playing Field Arkansas is new.
I'm not pretending that one fundraiser can solve the financial barriers surrounding youth sports. It can't.
I'm starting with the athletes and resources I have today and building from there.
Our first campaign, 50 Founding Supporters, is focused on a small group of local volleyball athletes. As we grow, I hope to create a formal application process that allows athletes from different schools, sports and circumstances to seek support based on financial need and available resources.
Level Playing Field Arkansas offers promotional recognition to businesses that support local athletes.
The first $1000 is the foundation, not the finish line.
For business support, we provide:

Local Business Recognition: Your business logo, business information, and a direct website link featured on our website.

Social Media Recognition: Dedicated social media highlights and progress updates showing local families that you back our hometown youth.

Athlete Appreciation: Direct, personal letters of appreciation from the athletes your business helped support.
Individual donors are encouraged and welcomed!
How We Handle Funds
We pride ourself on full transparency on how your dollars go to work and want sponsors to know exactly where their support goes. Whenever possible, funds are paid directly to the club, training provider, tournament, camp, vendor or other service provider on behalf of the athlete.
When a family has already paid an eligible expense out of pocket, reimbursement may be available after receipts are submitted and the expense is approved.
Where Your Support Goes
Funds are used for eligible volleyball-related expenses based on each athlete's individual circumstances and needs.

Level Playing Field Arkansas is a community initiative operated through Money Boss Mama LLC. Contributions are sponsorships and are not currently tax-deductible charitable donations. Sponsors should consult their tax professional regarding the treatment of sponsorship expenses.

What Happens After
Businesses Sponsor?
1. You choose a sponsorship amount and business is promoted on website and social media within 7 business days after funds are received.
2. We identify eligible sports-related expenses for participating athletes.
3. Whenever possible, funds are paid directly to the club, camp, training provider, tournament or vendor.
4. You receive confirmation of how your sponsorship was used.
Example: Your $500 sponsorship helped cover (athlete name(s)) October $1,500 club fee.
